A Request Form is needed for any new content and/or changes to existing content, media, etc.

Once submitted, this form will automatically be sent to Sam Hastings and Cary Diaz. You will also receive a copy.

The deadline for all content requests is Tuesday at 5:00 p.m.

NOTE: TLUMC reserves the right to edit or decline all submissions. TLUMC does not publish any for-profit events.
