Connecting Our Community for Christ

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!” Psalm 133:1

How We Serve

Welcome to the Public Relations Ministry at the Church of Christ in Forest Hill. We serve as the heartbeat of our congregation’s communication, acting as a dedicated “support ministry” to ensure the message of Christ reaches every member and neighbor with clarity and purpose.

Our mission is simple: to facilitate, monitor, and develop effective communication that furthers the cause of Christ. Whether we are managing the digital landscape or providing physical resources for an upcoming event, our goal is to keep our church family connected and informed.

How We Engage

From calendaring events to developing advertisements, we are here to ensure that every ministry has the tools it needs to succeed. At the end of the day, everything we do is designed to foster better communication for the glory of God. The PR Ministry works behind the scenes to uplift every work and event within our congregation. We specialize in:

Health Fair

Facilitating Amplify—our central hub for attendance check-ins, messaging, and our church app.

Fall & Spring Festivals

Scheduling and monitoring social media streams for services so the Word is accessible to all.

Friends & Family Days

Crafting eye-catching publications, flyers, banners, brochures, and booklets that share our mission. We also assist with congregational announcements.

College Care Packages

Maintaining the FHCOC website, maintaining our church calendar, and managing our social media platforms to keep our community engaged.

Visitor Reception/Greeters

Our Spiritual Gifts class is a guided study designed to help members identify their unique abilities the Holy Spirit has given them for the benefit of the church. It is offered for new members to long-standing members who want to self-explore and hone in on their most valuable “niche” in Kingdom work.
