A Central Hub for Church Family

…serve one another humbly in love.” Galatians 5:13

How We Serve

The first friendly voice you often hear when you call, belongs to our Administrative Office. We’re here to be a central hub for our church family and anyone looking to connect with us. Our team handles a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly. We get important announcements out to the congregation, make sure people are connected with the right ministries or individuals who can help them, and provide support to all the wonderful ministry work happening across our congregation. We also work closely with our church leadership to make sure we have the most current information, whether it’s a prayer request, an illness, a praise report, or a passing. We’re here to help and serve you in any way we can.

 Building & Grounds

Let all things be done decently and in order.” I Corinthians 14:40

How We Serve

The Building & Grounds Ministry is here to ensure our church home is a welcoming and well-maintained space for everyone. We take care of all the activities related to our facilities, inside and out. Our team partners with every other ministry to support their needs, whether it’s setting up for an event, providing a needed piece of equipment, or simply making sure a space is clean and ready to go. We stay on top of the church calendar, preparing for weekly events and special activities.

Our work includes everything from cleaning and repairs to purchasing supplies and managing the overall physical environment of our building and grounds. And of course, we’re always on call for any unexpected emergencies that might pop up. We work hard behind the scenes so that all the other ministries can focus on their mission without worrying about the space.

How We Engage

The Building and Grounds team keeps our campus looking its best, both inside and out. We follow a regular schedule to clean the building and take care of the landscaping, but our work is also heavily guided by the church calendar. When a ministry has an elder-approved event, we work with them to get the space ready, handling all the setup/clean-up requests.

For events outside of those requested by a ministry, we coordinate with the church office to make sure everything is in place and all approved requests are accommodated. It’s all part of our goal to make sure our facilities are a welcoming and functional space for everyone.
